The best way to start your day is to wake up freash and energised. But this tends to be harder, especially when you have had a rough day before sleeping. In this tutorial video, I am sharing the best way to wake up energised and with no more moaning making you start your day more refreshed and making you more enrgised to face the day head on. This is one of the methods I apply. However, the most important part is that you need to have an inspiring goal to live for – otherwise you will live in pain, which casuses your body to and your body will need more time to regenerate.
