Sleeping is one of the many essentials in our daily life. Anxiousness, exhaustion, worries or just simply thinking about tedious task on work can be few a factors that can affect our sleep. In the video below, I would like to share this simple method of falling asleep fast and easy.
This method works most of the time, and if that does not work for you, don't worry. You need to modify it and experiment with it until it works for you. I don't always fall asleep myself using this method, but I know it works for me and many other people, who left their comments to prove it.
