@spilknoob As you have already realized everything is a matter of perception. Your not being confident is just an illusion. That’s the excuse your ego uses to be let off the hook for not taking responsibility for your own life. Just realize that you are confident, and don’t believe that imaginary fear that keeps telling you otherwise. If there is fear, it’s simple – it’s an illusion. If you’re a man you know without fear that you’re not a woman, so go out there and start talking to people.

@Kamilsview You are so right on, I feel much better talking to you, like my old self.

@Monstermack40 I can’t believe that people want to treat mind problems with pills – those responsible for this should be put to prison. I think you need to find a different type of a therapist. And if they suggest any medication, run away. You need to see the situation is not as bad as you pictured it. It’s very hard to do it yourself – you need somebody else to help you with this. I help people, but I can’t help myself much. We need other people to show us the way. Good luck Kamil

@Kamilsview Thanks Kam, that’s the problem. I’m seeing a therapist, and she put me on prozac, and when I watched your video, the prozac was kicking in, and I was weirded out. I stopped taking it needless to say. I feel better now, I’ll watch it again. I wasn’t always like this. My wife took my kids and left me, and my world was torn apart. No more meds, don’t need them,

@Kamilsview I can’t just snap out of it,not working, tried just changing my mind, but tell me how do I get rid of it for good? I tried watching your video but couldn’t really focus.

@Monstermack40 Snapping out is good as a quick fix. But you really want to eliminate the cause and get rid of it, don’t you? Also, you need to find what works for you. If reading helps, then keep doing it. Let me know how it goes. Cheers Kamil

@Monstermack40 It does not feel nice at all. It’s usually one of the worst feelings you can have, utill you look at it and see it for what it really is. It takes time and effort, though. Ask others for help as by yourself it’s really tough.

I am sooo glad I found your videos, I am excited to try this method, you are probably the only person offering an actual solution as opposed to a way to “escape” as you put it. Which, I have been running from my feelings for years, so I hope this works!
