Stress, fear or depression are feelings that are a part of everyone. There will always be a time when these feelings surface and dealing with these feelings is important.     I’ve been going through that stage since I was 13 and I’m 22 now so I’ve been through a lot and it’s been very difficult, especially when you don’t have those foundations you need to support you psychologically and physically from an early age. I’ve become almost numb to it all and learned to just go along with it b/c that’s life.. But it feels good to ‘vent’ b/c it helps tear down this giant mental wall I have standing in my way so thank you and I’ll definitely keep being strong, I have to be..
