Affirmation to get rid of resentment by Bob Proctor

I have just watched a video by Bob Proctor, in which he teaches that resentment and guilt are two major destructive feelings that most people experience. It’s absolutely crucial that we get rid of both. To help you get rid of resentment from your life Bob suggested an affirmation that he learnt from a book by Dr. Joseph Murphy, and it goes like this:

 

I willingly release the thoughts and things that clutter my mind. I release (the person’s name) to their highest good and me to mine. 
 

Resentment-free life leads to liberation and happiness, so practice daily.
